Happy Thanksgiving!

Dear 2A Families, I am very thankful for this year for the support from our parents. You have helped to make this a very transparent and helpful classroom community, and it brings me great joy. I wish for all families to have a beautiful Thanksgiving Break, and may it be filled with food, fun, and rest.  <3 Library Books are due TOMORROW (We will not be here the 29th so it helps to turn them in tomorrow or the Monday we return). As the semester draws to a close, Archway Arete teachers are hard at work drafting narrative evaluations for each of their students. This labor of love requires many hours of intentional reflection and to facilitate this process, our teachers are given one work day to focus on writing these evals. On December 9th, I will be away from the classroom writing narrative evaluations. If you are interested in supporting our classroom during my absence, please email me. Thank you in advance! Happy November!

Hello 2A Families! We had a wonderful Read-A-Thon! Thank you to all of our volunteers who came to make this happen. Pictures will be attached to a link shortly. Students brought home manila folders on Friday. Please return these to school empty by the following Friday each week! These papers are from 1st quarter, so grades have already been processed and discussed during parent teacher conferences. (We are now all caught up!) If you would like to help with Friday Folders, please sign up using the Volunteer Tab on the blog. :) The PSO normally has a uniform exchange to help families with putting together concert attire, but they needed to move the date of the exchange for the Prep's awesome playoff game! Unfortunately the exchange is now after the concert, Nov. 20th. If you would like to use the uniform exchange, please email Deanna Carpenter at uniformexchangepso@gmail.com The dress attire for the concert will be as follows: Boys : Black pants, white
